The Plaintiff-Appellant, Ricky Leroy Rouch, brought this action for personal injury damages against Defendant- Appellees, Viola Bisig and Richard W. Sand, as Administrator of the Estate of Harold Bisig, deceased. The Complaint charged the Appellees with negligence. The case was tried by a jury.
